Lena’s journey didn’t start easy. She was found abandoned, chained to a tree, facing a

             long road to recovery. Her story first reached the community through an article detailing her urgent need for a donor to fund life-saving surgery on her paws.

It was that very article that brought us together. What started as a mission to help her heal turned into a soul-deep connection. After our first meeting, I knew she wasn’t just going to a new home—she was coming home for good.

Despite her difficult beginnings, Lena is the definition of resilience. She traded those chains for a life of comfort and care, proving every day that love can heal almost anything. She has officially retired from her days of struggle and now spends her time as the heart and soul of our household.
